1/4th cup of ice-cold water
Four tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup of granulated sugar
½ tablespoon of kosher salt
2 ½ tablespoon of vegetable shortening
Six tablespoons of unsalted butter
- For Making The Stuffing
One tablespoon of plain gelatin
1 ½ cup of whole milk
½ teaspoon of salt
1/4th cup of all-purpose flour
1/4th teaspoon of almond extract
1/4th teaspoon of vanilla extract
2/3rd cup of granulated sugar
One envelope of plain gelatin
Three egg whites
½ cup of heavy cream
1/4th teaspoon of cream of tartar
¾ cup of shredded coconut ( optional)
2 cups of full cream for topping ( optional)

- For Making The Crust
- Start by making the crust of the pie. First, cut the butter into small lumps, spread it flat on a plate, and put it in the freezer until you work on the other ingredients.
